Terms of Service

For personal use only, do NOT use commissions for commercial purposes!!!!I, as the artist, hold the right to reject a commission request for any reason! In the case that you have already paid, I will refund your money immediately upon rejection.Under no circumstances can my drawings, whether completed on not, be used for AI.Payment must be paid in FULL before work on drawing will begin.Refunds will only be available to request prior to the buyer confirming the WIP sketch. After WIP is confirmed and work the final drawing has begun, refunds will NOT be given.Unless otherwise specified, the estimated drawing time is two weeks starting from the date the WIP is confirmed. If I, the artist, go past the estimated two week period, the buyer has the option to cancel the order and receive a refund.Unless otherwise stated, if a refund is given under any circumstance, the drawing will be CANCELED and will NOT be completed.

If a client is found to be misusing my work in any way I deem inappropriate, the client will no longer be allowed to purchase my services in the future.

Commission Process

Please send any reference images and any ideas you may have. Feel free to get as detailed, or not, as you wish. Once payment has been confirmed, I will send you a WIP image shortly.I will ask for your approval of the WIP before beginning work on the final drawing. You can request major changes to the WIP up to three separate times, or ask for a refund if you are not happy with the work.
Important Refunds will NOT be given after WIP is approved by buyer! If the buyer takes more than one week to respond to WIP approval request, I will cancel your order, and refund your money.All WIP images will be low quality and watermarked.After the WIP has been approved by buyer, drawing will take about two weeks to be completed. The finished drawing will be sent to the buyer through Ko-fi in order to avoid image compression.I may post WIPs as well as completed commission pieces to my social media. If you don't want your commission to be posted, please feel free to let me know. Also let me know if you would like to be tagged in the commission post, or if you would like to remain anonymous. The buyer is more than welcome to post the finished commission piece to their social media as well (with credit given to @rainefromhell).
I will NOT use commissioned pieces for profit beyond the initial commission sale. No products/merchandise will be made.
